  1. Massage Philosophy provide product sales online with product information and price. When you purchase items from us online, it means you accept the item, price and terms as described online. Please read the item description and price carefully on our website https://massagephilosophy.com.au before placing your order.
  2. Prices may be updated with delivery fee and supplier changes which are subject to change at any time without further notice. We don’t offer refunds on the price difference if the changes have been made after your purchase date.

Refund policy:

  1. Generally, if your ordering was successful, and your paid items have been delivered, we would not usually issue refunds. Therefore, please make sure your order is correct, and you are able to come in on time if you are picking up your purchase.
  2. If your purchases are faulty or incorrect, we offer refunds on your order or we can assist you to replace or exchange the faulty or incorrect item.
  3. We monitor the accuracy and functionality of our item info/price lists on our website. If unexpected product quantities and prices are generated, we will cancel your order and refund your payment.


  1. Please make sure your delivery address and contact information details are correct. Massage Philosophy will track your delivery to your designated location. We do not take responsibility for orders dispatched with incorrectly supplied delivery information.
  2. If your items have been damaged during shipment, please take a photo immediately and email to info@massagephilosophy.com.au
    We will contact the carrier and resolve the issue for you.
  3. Once your order is placed, please allow 24 hours for dispatch and 1-3 days for delivery time within Australia.
  4. If you select pickup from one of our stores, please come to pick up after your order. If you do not come in to pick up your items within 1 week, we will contact you via order info. Please do not wait any longer than a month to pick up your purchased items. Your order items may exceed their use-by date, and we do not take responsibility for storage after this date.
  5. We charge a flat delivery rate of $7 dollars for general orders of 1-5 items. If you have a large order, please contact us for alternative shipping arrangements.
  6. Massage Philosophy Gift Certificates can be printed out from your email. If you haven’t requested delivery, there are no shipping charges. If you want to redeem a gift certificate at our local store, please present your Gift Certificate print-out or show your gift certificate email on your smart phone to our staff.


  1. Your credit card details will only be processed by CBA bank to facilitate credit or debit card online payment.
  2. All personal or payment details are kept confidential, and will not be seen by any third party in order to protect our customers’ privacy.
